The doctor was amazing. I'm going to spell her name wrong, Dr. Balvange. I felt she truly cared and since I was a new patient I wasn't sure how it would go. SHe also followed up with me quickly about results and answered questions. I also liked the woman who answered the phone. I can't recall her name but she was very helpful. She had a south African accent. My only concern is that I called twice and lvm about the need to get prior authorization for my upcoming ultrasound and no one from the office seems to know who I need to talk to or has gotten back to me. I need this done so my insurance covers. If u can assist that would be helpful.
