My doctor spoke to me very politely and discuss my concern that I had and also ask how I was doing in general

I have seen Dr Lisa Wilson for close to 16 years (excellent provider!!!!) However, since I've moved from charlotte recently, I needed to be placed on the waitlist for an appointment that coincided with my travel days. I was placed on Kristi Balavage, MDs schedule. I can not say enough good things about her. I thought having a provider as good as Dr Wilson was an anomaly, but there seems to be at least one other who is as personable as she is. Dr Bavalage has excellent bedside manner. She listened to my concerns, explained her recommendation thoroughly, maintained eye contact, and even sat down during the visit. If ever I'm unable to see Dr Wilson due to scheduling conflicts, I would definitely be open to seeing Dr Bavalage

My visit with Dr. Kristi made me comfortable and at ease.

The doctor did not take much time to listen to me. When I asked about stopping the birth control she did not even ask for the reason. The previous doctor was much more thorough, asked more questions to consult properly

Dr. Balavage is always so friendly and attentive!
