Jennifers bedside manor and general communication skills are shockingly poor. She came across as rushed and uninterested in what I had to say. It was VERY off-putting. Again I have never experienced anything quite like it. This is a wonderful location, I would think Novant would want it to go to a top tier provider. Read the online reviews, they are eye oppening.
