Amy Miltenberger provided great care. She listened to my concerns and addressed them well.

Few opportunities to improve:1. PA coming in first few days of postop does not have any info abt surgery so Surgeon shd hv followed up with a visit on postop day1 but came after two days. 2. PA on the night of surgery was not listening at all and forcing me to take narcotics and was not ready to show any empathy rather very disengaging and non-courteous. Symptoms were not addressed

Amy was absolutely wonderful, she took her time explained to me everything that was going on with my body and offered solutions I chose to go with physical therapy to see how that works for me but if it does not work, she has other offers on the table that will help or may help
