Excellent care
I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Ott. I feel he listens to me and provides excellent advice for any issues I have on my list.
Dr. Ott is always helpful explaining why I need certain treatments - example, the RSV shot coming up - just had flu shot.
Dr. Ott has always been compassionate knowledgeable and empathetic.
I drive from Mooresville, NC to see Dr. Ott because he does take the time to listen intently & give his heartfelt care. He is not just my doctor, he is the first one I go to with questions & concerns. I trust him explicitly.
