I like how the ladies were utilizing their time to welcome the new woman who just arrived to the office and were treating her as family to the office!! I also loved how when scheduling my next appointment the woman was nonjudgmental and it ended with an office prayer!! God is great and you never know who you are being honest with!! This was my first time seeing this provider and I was assigned to her since my doctor has retired. When I went to schedule my next appointment I was instructed she was taking over his patients. It would be nice to have options and get paired with a physician who had more experience implementing Botox.

Alexis is fabulous! She is friendly and caring. Speaks directly with my mother. Answers my questions and provides options. She reinforces what my mother needs to do while explaining the reasons and she is very respectful.

The nurse we saw was very helpful and open to answering all our questions.

Everyone was so nice & personable this being my first time with this provider hopefully not my last. She was so willing to listen to my on going issues & come to an acceptable solution with a reminder to contact her if for any reason. Out of my dozens of neurology appointments I've had this was by far the most relaxed I've had.

Very informative and had a great knowledge of her profession. Explained well in understandable language.

The lady my son saw was very impressive! She had several options for his care but wanted to start with the simplest first. She also explained what we could do from there. I would like to see her again if his main neurologist isn't available.
