For me as a patient, Kayla Windham is my doctor. She has my full trust and confidence. Her abilities to listen, understand what the patient is trying to communicate even if they don't have the words, and her thoroughness are what places her on another level. My sister is also a FNP-C and I listen to Kayla exactly the same as if my sister was providing care to me.
