Have history of nose bleeds, I'm on blood thinners, so they are at times pretty severe. She carterized 5 different areas in my nose. This was the second time I've had to have this done to stop the bleeding. The first time the Dr Whitaker did the carterizing it was extremely painfully, so this time I was having extreme anxiety about the procedure, to my amazement it was not painful at all, there was slight discomfort but nothing like before. When I have future visits I will be sure to see if I can schedule with her. Please let her know I'm grateful for the care she took in making sure I was comfortable and not in pain.
