My experience at Heart &Vascular was excellent from the check-in desk to actually seeing the doctor. There's sometimes a little uneasiness about seeing a doctor for the first time, but the doctor and his nurse were both very professional and easy to talk to.

I felt like the nurses staff and techs were too rushed to take anytime treating me as a human being. The Dr was professional concerned and informative but staff was rushed and dismissive and treated me like a part on a conveyor belt.

Very fast in and out. And the call for lab work was in minutes of me leaving clinic.

I was able to communicate well with the doctor.

First visit, and I didn't know the Dr. I wondered if he had looked at all my tests, scans, (extensive health situations that I feel effect my entire well-being) since my ER visit, before seeing me. I asked a lot of questions as I felt appt was rushed. On plus side, Dr explained tests results, and possible scenarios so that I could understand. I feel comfortable with his assessment. He gave me follow-up instructions if I have certain symptoms.
