This was an uncomfortable health issue that I was concerned about = Everyone was kind, patient, explained what the course of action would be & helped me understand so I wasn't uncomfortable. I'd rate all as Excellent.

This was a follow up appointment to check the status of kidney stones. Concern with xray clarity prompted scheduling a CT scan to confirm size and stone placement. Dr Bird included me in all discussions, recommendations and subsequent plans.
