Very good experience from Check in thru entire service. Very compassionate and professional. It was just my nerves that got in the way. I appreciated all they did for me. They made a good effort at calming me down and I did feel the warmth in their personalities. and I truly appreciated. I don’t know how I would have got thru it period without the kind personal

The provider treated my mother-in-law and me with the utmost respect. Despite the fact my mother-in-law was resistant to the accuracy of the diagnosis and declined any further testing or treatment, the provider respectfully presented the diagnosis and provided support and resources to me as the family managing my mother-in-law’s healthcare. I was most impressed and touched with the ability of the provider to remain true to the situation in a loving and caring manner.

Everyone was great and helpful. It took 3 months to get first appointment. Fortunately was not in a situation where I needed immediate care.

NH has a great memory care clinic, and you are treated like you are the only patient there when you have an appointment. Couldn't ask for better treatment from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out the door!
