I have bad medical anxiety and felt very comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Given that this was establishing care, I was not sure what to expect, but she was bringing up things I have concerns about before I even mentioned them. Made it very easy to discuss my concerns, and explained many things that could be related to some issues which now I can pay attention to.

Even though this was my first visit with Dr Da S as my pcp she was very knowledgeable about my complicated situation.

I came to see Dr. De Sa shortly after my father passed away. She asked directed questions about what was causing me the most issues with my illness and explained why she was prescribing the medication she chose. She also noticed that I was struggling emotionally in that moment and very kindly asked about It. So, in addition to listening to my medical concerns, she let me cry and talk about my Dad. Dr. De Sa was caring and compassionate when I needed it most.
