I'm not sure the NP really listens to me I think he just agrees with me to appease me. He recommended that I take vitamin b12 after my last visit not realizing that interferes with my anti retroviral absorption in my stomach and could make me detectable. I'm annoyed he wasn't aware of this.

Dr. Kelley listened and was very open to discuss my concerns. He offered immediately resolutions for my concerns and followed up with what he said he would do in a timely fashion.

Mr.Kelly is phenomenal in this field, he cares, communicates effectively, and listens!

Dr. Kelley made sent in a referral to OrthoCarolina - they called me to schedule an appointment before I even left the building!

My experience with Novant providers in the last two years has demonstrated extreme lack of education on how to treat women in perimenopause. Poor awareness and knowledge cause undeniable harm when women are medicated for symptoms of hormone loss like cardiovascular changes and depression instead of identifying and treating the root cause with appropriate hormone replacement or lifestyle changes. This affects all women over the age of 40, a high percentage of your patients. Please consider raising your standard of care such that clinicians are competent to treat the patients who walk into their exam rooms.

Staff members were very helpful checking me in I only waited for a minute before I was completed my exam positive atmosphere and the smile made a difference from the beginning to the end there was remarkable service from the entire staff

Courteous and friendly

This is my third physical with Mr. Kelley and he is always very kind and listens carefully, answers all my questions. Same with the staff. Fantastic. Did not have a urinalysis and could have been not needed it or just simply forgotten. Not a big deal at all. Thanks to all at Novant.
