Very poor bedside manner in the way she speaks to others. Desperately need to see a Rheumatologist, but not sure if I can bring myself to see her again.

Ms Tool was very professional. Very communicative about the real issue and what she was trying to produce from the visit to assist the pulmonary MD in establishing future care for me. Her role was supportive.
