About

Medicine is a tradition in my family. My mother was an ob-gyn who further specialized to become a neonatologist. My aunt was a pediatric orthopedist. My uncle was an anesthesiologist. And my great-grandfather served as a physician assistant.

I developed a passion for biology, genetics and chemistry as a child, and it felt natural to pursue a career in medicine. While I once dreamed of becoming a ballerina or an actress, I ultimately followed my calling - and my family - into healthcare.
