Best staff and physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Bissette for many years, at several different locations, and I have always been pleased with him. I could not ask for a better, more understanding physician. His staff reflect his approach to medicine.

I love this practice. It’s small enough to feel homey and I feel like they really are interested in me.

I was very satisfied with the care I received at my appointment. Everyone was positive and courteous and helpful during my visit !

Dr Bissette and nurses and all staff are sooo friendly and helpful! Dr Bissette is always more attentive to my needs and concerns than any other primary care provider EVER! He said he is retiring in a few months, and I will miss him more than any other provider. He is soooo deserving of his retirement. He has always given 200% or more with me!

My visit with Dr. Bissette is always informative. He listens, and if he can't provide the help needed, he doesn't hesitate to provide me with a great referral to take care specific needs. I am always pleased with whom he refers me to, because these are specialists who treat me much like he does. He knows that I will ask questions about results, and that I don't just accept everything at face value. He does not hesitate to give me information in a way that I can understand. He has always been patient as I work through different questions, and always makes sure that I have no more before he leaves the room.

My previous family physician passed away. Dr. Bissette is my husband and my new family physician and he was wonderful! Office was welcoming and very knowledgeable! Also their office is about 6 miles from our home. Great location!

The woman who brought me into the examination room, took my information and extracted my blood sample is a “floater” between offices. She was excellent and should become a permanent staff member at one facility.

Office staff and nurses are extremely helpful and friendly. Front desk associate is always helpful and goes out of her way to assist. I experienced this during a phone call a few months ago. All nurses are great but particularly Angie! Dr Bissette is very personable and shows true concern for my health.

They worked me in without an appointment. I walked in thinking I had made an appointment, they teamed up and git me in early. Thanks to the entire staff.

On time and very efficient. Blood work results very fast as well as the doctor review and his comments. Charts and graphs on blood work is very helpful.
