Was a good visit

I came in feeling down and just feeling bad. My caretakers that day were very warm and friendly. Even got a laugh out of me. They seemed to enjoy what they are doing for a living. It wasn't just a job to them. I appreciate that because most of the time I am scared when I go into those rooms. From the front desk to the Physician, everyone was perfect for what I needed that day.

The only issue I had with this appointment, was when it was time to draw my blood. The person, that did it, seemed to have other things on her mind, wasn't very patient, and left me with a huge black and blue bruise, about 6 inches in diameter, that was also swollen, and hurting for days. I know I have small veins that roll, but, she could have taken more time, or changed the location. This was totally unacceptable to me.

Nothing everything was well explained to me.

I always have a good experience when dealing with doctors, nurses, staff, office visits and hospital stays.

Everyone was nice from the front desk to when I seen the doctor.I recently moved to Salisbury and was looking for a PCP and found that this office was in network with my insurance and I called for an appointment and got an appointment right away.

I've never been treated so kind and respected and truly cared about at ANY other doctor in my 60 years of medical care. I cannot express the feelings of gratitude enough. Christy is one of the most thorough and compassionate providers I have ever been to. She took her time with me and made me feel like my concerns were valid. She did not leave any question unanswered. She is a top notch provider and I will definitely be back to see her as needed.
