Ellen Greear, FNP was very patient and took her time to answer questions and provide explanations to make me feel at ease after my visit.

Ellen was so kind and understanding. Her empathy and compassion were so genuine and meaningful. I can?t say enough how grateful I am to all the professionals at Cotswold Novant. They are the best kept secret in family medicine in Charlotte.

This was my 2nd visit to Cotswold after changing from Crown Point family physicians where my old primary care Dr of 30 years had retired from. Finally received the kind of genuine care & medical knowledge I'd been use to before my old Dr left the practice. Everyone, from the receptionist who I made my initial appointment with to every person I encountered at Cotswold was friendly, courteous, & professional! I felt they all really were looking out for me having the best care possible. The nurses & technicians were all super easy to talk to & Ellen Greear was very attentive & listened carefully to all my medical questions & addressed ALL my questions about a recent diagnosis. I've already referred my brother, sister, & son to Cotswold as they too, are changing from Crown Point due to our Dr leaving & new Drs there being unreliable, & uncaring. I feel I will now have a new, safe, place to get my medical needs fully met here at Cotswold. 5 stars isn't even enough to describe how great the staff is here!

This was my first time meeting Ellen and she was wonderful.

The doc was great. nothing she did wrong to reflect my answers. i dont recommend anything to anybody. next, i can only trust what i fully understand and know. im not a doc, and therefore my trust only goes so far.

I received test results and feedback on record time. Ms Greear was very attentive and compassionate. I am more confident in my health goals now that I have a care plan in place.

Always satisfied when I have my appointments. Feel very comfortable with the my care provider and the assistant.

Wren enthusiastically greeted me and conveyed my complaint accurately since Ellen came in with a clear understanding of what I needed. I left with the confidence that walking would not further aggravate the situation and was also provided a set of exercises to try at home to strengthen the piriformis muscle.

When trying to schedule my appointment (annual physical) I wanted to see Dr. Anderson because I feel more comfortable with a male physician. I was informed that if I needed an earlier appointment I could see NP Ellen Greear and switch to Dr. Anderson for my next appointment. So I took the leap and I was pleased with the appointment from beginning to end. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided me with answers to questions that I didn't even ask. I still prefer a male provider but not totally opposed to a female. The clinic staff was helpful and courteous.

It was an incredible, organized visit that was unbelievably efficient. Everyone introduced themselves and welcomed me to the clinic as this was my first visit. I didn’t have to wait for the lab staff to come to my exam room and take me to the lab. And then what a beautiful “stick” when she drew my blood. Truly ALL the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and “remarkable”! Thank you!

They did not fill out all medicines that my dad was on for the fl2 for his assisted living entry. The center was going to have to call and verify
