This office is excellent from receptionist to pa, nurse and doctor.

The staff were very patient and respectful. The Doctor answered my questions and was able to clarify a few points for me. I felt heard and listened to. I would feel safe trusting my health to the Novant Healthcare doctors, nurses,and staff.

This was my first time at this facility. The opposite self was very clean and pleasant. The staff advised me that my doctor that I was to see had been tied up in a surgery and would I like to see the PA, which I said was fine with me. I am my friend were put into a room and shortly the PA came in. The woman who showed us our room was very personable to talk with and was friendly and kind. When Jessica came in she also was very pleasing and congenial. We talked for a bit and then she told me what was going to transpire so my friend left the room and we got down to business. The exam itself was very easy and not painful. She also pointed out some items that she thought I needed to look into with my PCP. She found what the problem was, fixed it and told me that should suffice and if I feel like I needed a follow up appointment or if I wanted further treatment to please be sure and call to make an appointment. I feel very comfortable with this and if I do need more assistance I would definitely go back there.
