I chose this doctor based on her video on Novant’s website. This was my first visit. In person, she is less warm and somewhat distant. As a woman, it is key for me to find a doctor I connect with. I will give her more time to see if future visits feel more comfortable. She did offer some insights into my concerns which I appreciated. The nurse was very upbeat and personable as well as the office staff.

This was the most memorable doctor's appointment I've ever experienced! My husband and I came to find a primary doctor, and we were both seen together. Dr. Salisbury was incredibly personable, thoughtful, thorough, and kind. She listened to our concerns and impacted us greatly with her intentionality throughout the visit. Everyone on the staff that day was wonderful as well; as strange as it is, I think we'll look forward to coming back!

I have never felt so open and comfortable in front of a physician to express about my mental health til my recent appointments with Dr. Salisbury. I didn’t know that I could do that and of course it’s where I am in my life and the type of health that I desire but to be able to feel comfortable enough to ask those types of questions and be guided through what it is that I may be feeling or thinking is an experience that I hope many to have. And I want organizations of all types to work like the people do with these visions in mind.
