Much of my background in medicine involved working with the medically underserved in Birmingham, Alabama. It is my joy to provide excellent medical care - offered with love - to anyone who comes into my clinic, no matter what their walk of life.

In my 74 years I've seen a lot of doctors and health care professionals - Dr. Salisbury is by far the best. She spends time exploring every aspect of my health and provides clear and detailed explanations of my test results. I don't see here that often (1/2 x per year) but every time she treats me as if I am her only patient. Who could ask for more?

This is easily one of the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of visiting. She was empathetic, patient, knowledgeable, direct and kind. I haven't had a PCP in years and I look forward to visiting her again to take more agency about my health.
