Olivia explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions that I might have had. Was very pleased with our visit.

Olivia was VERY concerned about my medical problem, which hadn't yet been resolved by previous "phone type visit", when Dr prescribed medications to hopefully help resolve my problems. While seeing Olivia, she expressed her concerns about my medical issues & began going over my treatment plan. She was so caring & compassionate for me that she began some treatment immediately during my visit with her; she went over some of her "plan options" for me & gave me opportunity to assist her with what options may be best, which I greatly appreciated, & of course, I felt whatever course of medical action she felt was best, I agreed upon with her. (which I truly felt that her "treatment plan" was excellent). Olivia is most definitely a very compassionate physician & a wonderful asset to Novant Pulmonary & Dr. Siddiquii. This urgent visit was an excellent experience (as usual when I'm having great difficulties! Christine, RN is also an asset to their medical team.
