Dr. W became visibly frustrated when I did not understand next steps and asked further questions. As someone potentially receiving a life changing diagnosis, more empathy would have been appreciated.

I felt very welcomed the minute I walked in the door! I even drove 2 hours to see the rheumatologist. I love her! She was so very knowledgeable about all of my prior lab work & where we should go from there. Definitely would recommend.
