the lady that checked me in said that I owed you money and the waiting room was full of patients. This was the first time I had been to this office. If was for another Novant doctor in Mint Hill. It upset me and everyone in the office was looking at me. If you need to collect payments it should be done at checkout.

Dr. Sarda was very professional as well as very pleasant when he talked to me. He explained my condition & asked if I had any questions. He also told me about certain symptoms that might indicate that the aortic valve may be getting worse & to contact him immediately.

I was checked in on time, put in an exam room, the nurse said the Doctor would be in a minute, and was left for 45 minutes without an explanation. When there is a delay it would be nice to be informed.

I was please with the service

I had a great experience at my appointment. Dr. Pawan was really good and took great care of me. The staff was nice and friendly with great customer service skills.

This was the first time with the doctor and he was very informed about the three issues of concern. One one being heart related. Left us a eelibg positive. And Felicia singing Happy Birthday to my Father, who will turn 91 in less than two weeks was icing on the cake!
