Dr Ahmed is always caring, compassionate and attentive. He makes sure we address all my concerns and needs. He takes time to listen and to explain things in a professional way so I understand. He is very kind and personable, making me feel comfortable.

I have been very impressed with Dr Ahmed on this vist, as well as previous visits. I went in to see him yesterday and he suspected influenza was the cause of my symptoms. The tests returned and Dr Ahmed was correct with his suspicion of influenza. After one day on his treatment plan, I feel better. While at the appointment, the staff was very nice and made me feel cared for while protecting other patients from exposure. I definitely recommend this office to my family.

Dr. Ahmad what is the best to work with?

Dr Ahmed impressed me as an excellent medical professional. He asked about my symptoms, listened to me carefully, conducted a thorough examination, discussed his planned treatment and inquired if I had any questions. I would recommend him and the Novant SC facility to others seeking medical care.

For the doctor to spend a little more time listening to all of my concerns, felt a little rushed on my last visit. My appt was at 10:40 and I was gone by 11:00. I wanted to be a little more "one on one"

Dr. Ahmed is excellent. He is very thorough. During my appointment he answered my questions and offered suggestions for follow-up after, if I had additional questions.

I arrived early for my appointment in hopes that the lab work could be done BEFORE I saw the Doctor. The lady at the front desk and the business manager both tried to help make that happen. As it turns out, the Doctor needed to see me first. Nonetheless, they made an effort on my behalf. Dr. Ahmed was great. He was professional, as one might expect, but he went over and above to answer my questions. And he ordered the lab work, so that it was completed before I left the office. I left feeling I was in good hands with the medical team at Senior Care.

Andrea Hicks, NP, took her time with my 85 year old father. Explained everything so he could hear and understand what he was being told. Explained the course of my fathers treatment. Where to go to get lab work done, as well as the the follow-up on the results. Andrea is an excellent health care provider.
