I did not have a long wait time to see the doctor. I was check in with a frindly greeting. Iwill say that my doctor Ana Frunza realy cares about you and her nurse dose does too. Great Job

It is nice to have a Doctor to take care of you.

Dr. Frunza is great! She listens and answers all my questions. She’s firm. But kind and gentle. She really cares about her patients! Two of my sisters have become her patients now, too.

Dr. Frunza and her staff were great and very professional and personal. Getting another appointment was easy and receptionist nice.

Dr. Frunza is aware, attentive, willing to listen and reflect, courteous and professional. Her assistant is a huge part of making my visit flow well by reviewing my records with me, working to understand my current concerns and helping me to get a sense of direction for my time with the Doctor. Her preparation with me greatly increases my comfort in preparation for the Doctors exam.

Dr. Frunza and the lab technician/phlebotomist that does my blood work are incredible providers. I feel like they both genuinely care about my wellbeing overall. Dr. Frunza is always so caring, personable, and thoughtful so I always feel right at home. The person who does my bloodwork (which I should know her name by now because she’s been there for years… I’m sorry) ensures that my time in the lab is quick and painless. She also makes me feel right at home. I’m truly grateful for the care that they’ve both shown me over the years.

As a patient, I did not feel heard. I was talked over and felt like the provider needs to be trained in culture competency. I prefer not to be referred to her again if I need to be seen for urgent care.

Dr Frunza is always personable and I feel free to discusses any problems that I may be having. She has a kind approach which makes you feel understood when you are having a conversation. Would recommend her to anyone. Stephanie her assistant mirrors the same attitude.
