I was given many options and told to check with my insurance about the coverage of certain medications to make the process easier. I appreciated this so that I was able to treat my problem sooner than having to wait and go back and forth between the doctor and insurance. I had a list of medications and a brief overview of them and the doctors opinion on them for me. It was very helpful and made me feel like I got to choose my care and what I put into my body rather than it just being chosen for me

I absolutely LOVE the way Dr. Devries listens to my concerns and then thoroughly discusses the paths I can take to better health. She never forces her decisions on me, she asks for my input and we decide together. A+ service

My provider, Lisa DeVries, has done an excellent job taking over from my retiring primary care of 12 years, Elizabeth Moore, who knew my body very well. Lisa?s team gets me an appointment in a timely manner, addresses everything on my issue list and then goes over the plan she has for each issue. I don?t wait long in the waiting room and even with labs drawn I am in and out in less than an hour with a summary of everything we discussed and what is going to happen next. If I have any questions, I contact her by MyChart and they respond within 1 day. Novant is Great Medical Care.
