I recently had an appointment at the Charlotte Heart and Vascular unit.I cannot say enough good things about the care I received.Heather Matthew's was incredibly compassionate, caring, and attentive. She didn't rush through the appointment at all; instead, she spent plenty of time making sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Shewent over my medical record in detail, ensuring we covered every basis and that I completely understood my care plan.Before leaving, she made absolutely sure everything was okay and asked if there was anything else I needed. It is rare to find a provider who takes that much time and shows that level of genuine dedication. Exceptional care!
