Novant changed the original appointment but neglected to tell us that the new appointment was scheduled in a different location!!! Luckily they were able to 'squeeze us in' with the doctor's PA, Heather, who was lovely, but not the doctor we expected.

Heather Mathew is exceptionally proficient and enjoyable to work with! Her preparation for my visit was pristine, her advice clear and precise - easy to understand! She gets an 11 out of 10!!!

I was taken care very well and much appreciate for clarifying all questions and concerns being asked with lot of patience and empathy. The only improvement although its more towards operational aspect but getting an appointment or reschedule is tedious as there is nothing available for months, I tried to reach for an emergency situation to reschedule an appointment but unfortunately couldn't get one.
