After attending PA School and Wake Forest University, my career began in emergency medicine for over a decade. In the emergency setting, I was able to help patients with both acute medical needs and chronic conditions. I saw how many patients would benefit from management of some of those conditions, so they would not need as many emergency services.

Discussion of medicine being prescribed did not outline which were by prescription and which over the counter. After the session web application indicated only one of three medicines was a prescription having been placed. Otherwise a very thorough session.

The PA was able to check my cornea for injury ( gardening incident) and I was immediately put at ease to hear that there were no abrasions, but an infection had set in. He forwarded an Rx to my pharmacy for antibiotics. I was so grateful to have been seen without an appt., and that my eye would be fine!
