I feel truly taken good care of when I leave my appointment.

It was a routine appointment so not much to say.As far as the medical side of all my appointments they are very professional.As far as. the billing side it has been a struggle for it to be done correctly.This is not the place to get really into this but it has been a real problem and very frustrating.

Esther has provided me the professionalism I have come to expect with high level of care . Her treatment and explanations during my visit has once again instilled my confidence in her and the Novant healthcare organization.

Even though I had not met with my doctor for a long period of time due to the pandemic I found her to still be exceptionally thorough and responsive to my concerns as if we had "just talked yesterday". I am worried about my present health condition but as in the past I am completely confident that she will still do what she feels may be the best treatment. Thanks.

Dr. Murray really listened to my problem and has taken the necessary steps towards my seeing a headache specialist. My headaches are not migraine in nature, but are the result of a TBI. I really appreciated her kindness and compassion.

The doctor was wonderful, made me feel comfortable even as I took a memory test! She is exactly the type of doctor I know cares. The nurse was very nice, bringing me water with electrolytes when my blood pressure was done. She checked with Dr first. Very happy with care and follow up we came up with together.

My usual physician left the practice but I was not notified. Fortunately there was a mix up in the text messaging and I was notified that my appointment was a week earlier than it really was. When I went in for the week early appointment I was told that my physician was gone and I had to be rescheduled for a week later.

The receptionist was not friendly at all. When I asked her a question she was a bit cold as if I shouldn't be asking questions

The reason I was rescheduled was due to a doctor leaving the practice. They scheduled as quickly as they could with a fill in. She did a fantastic job as a gap doctor till they could get me to a migraine specialist. I had a few more questions that I thought of after the appointment because I just didn't think of them during. Overall they did very well

Esther and her team are absolutely amazing. She is extremely smart and caring.

This was the worst Neurology appointment I have ever experienced. The PA seemed like she didnt want to be in the room doing the procedure, and throughout the procedure, I felt like she was nervous and uncomfortable, like she doesnt do it often.

Provider was patient and understanding. Her answers to my questions were honest and complete. She will follow up with appropriate tests and a follow up appointment.

Dr Murray was very thorough in explaining my health concerns and took the time I needed. I am 89 and need extra time to understand what my care is about.
