Very professional staff

I liked my one on one with Esther Murray. She shares many things that are important to me. I like dealing with a person that is fit. In this case she can under stand how I lead my life and whats important to me! In turn come up with a better diagnose.

Esther provides the best care! Her medical assistant Jessica is very good as well!

Esther was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and made a plan for my care. Being my first time meeting her, she read my records from my past neurologist and MRI results and spoke to me about them without having anything in front of her. I trust her with my Healthcare going forward.

It was a routine appointment so not much to say.As far as the medical side of all my appointments they are very professional.As far as. the billing side it has been a struggle for it to be done correctly.This is not the place to get really into this but it has been a real problem and very frustrating.

Esther has provided me the professionalism I have come to expect with high level of care . Her treatment and explanations during my visit has once again instilled my confidence in her and the Novant healthcare organization.
