I'm very lucky that I have Dr, Mough in my corner. I learn something every time I visit her; sometimes it's a book she's reading or a site she likes.As an older person, weight is not easy to lose and unless there is some major under lying cause, morbidly obese in my case, just hurts my feelings. As I have slowly lost weight we see a direct correlation to increase health benefits. I'm glad I met her, she cares about me, it's my life, I think about it every day.
