This was only my first appointment with Dr. Mough but I already know that she's a good and compassionate listener. She answered all my questions and we discussed my options without the condescending manner so many physicians have adopted towards their patients. I feel safe with her! What's more: she emphasized her availability by telling me how easily approachable she is via MyChart messaging and when I jokingly said: well, I might overuse that, she stated that there was no problem and she appreciated it.

Dr Mough was attentive to my needs/questions. She was considerate of my goals and questions.
