Shane Prenus is an exceptional care provider. He is professional but has a very empathetic and courteous manner. He puts you at ease and speaks to you rather than 'at you'. My husband attended the appt with me as I am having issue with my memory and Shane included my husband in the conversation addressing his concerns and helping him feel at ease.
