Mar 2024I cannot say enough good things about Mackenzie Carrier. As soon as she enters the room she has a beautiful smile on her face which puts you at ease right away. She shows empathy and listens carefully. You never feel rushed. When you leave the medical office you feel that you are in good hands. Wish there were more like her in the medical field. She’s a real gem.

Feb 2024Didn’t follow through with referral with ortho Dr. and steroid shot to help with recovery. When I added note in my chart was told to go to emerge ortho. All I was looking for was an update. Saw NP early Friday and sent my chart note next Tuesday to get update and was told to go to emerge ortho. That’s what I did. Next time, I’ll go to emerge ortho initially.
