This provider was very good at explaining to me in laymen's terms, what was going on with my child and how to help them, without making me feel less intelligent. The provider did not rush us through the appointment. This provider explained with an illustration what was going on with my child. This provider did not assume that I wouldn't understand. This provider was respectful to me as a parent. They made me feel like they had my child's best interest at heart and that I would know how to take him home and take care of him and nurse him back to health.
