She took the time to make me understand what she was seeing on my tests and the way I felt and suggested that she make me an urgent appointment with my GI dr. I was with this facility for a 3.30 appointment time and had to go downstairs for a urine test and I was out the door before 4.45 and the GI dr. Office called me before I left the parking lot and they gave me an appointment for 9.30 the next morning...
