I loved the care and understanding that the team showed me from the moment I walked in until I left. going to the GYN is always an uncomfortable experience for me however Dr. Leonard and her team we very gracious and talked to me the whole time that I was there. It was over before I realized and never had a chance to feel the normal level of anxiety that I normally do.

They accommodated me and my boys because I had to bring them to my appointment. They were helpful and patient and courteous!

Laura Lenard. NP was excellent. She listened and answered all of my questions. I made my appointment online over the weekend and asked about if I could get an appointment sooner. They called me back first thing Monday to schedule the appointment sooner. I was very happy with all the care I received.

When the nurse asked me if I planned on getting pregnant and I said no I felt very judged. She immediately asked me why not, asked again why I didn’t want children. I would hope to feel no judgement by a healthcare provider when I’m sharing my personal choices with my body. I don’t think that my answer should have been questioned. Everything else about the visit and Laura Lenard was great

I'm a huge fan of Novant and all my families care is with Novant Harrisburg (Peds-Adult-Gyn). Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The visit in question was with a new provider. I use to have Dr. Walls and he was awesome. The new gyn was nice as well and paid attention to my concern. I love that I didn't feel rushed during my visit and she didn't use my time with her typing on a computer the whole time. She will be my new gyn for sure.

Dr Lenard has amazing bedside manner. I have never been so comfortable in a doctors office. Yet, at the same time she was very informative.

I was blown away by how kind and professional every single person was that I came in contact with! I haven’t had such amazing medical care in a very long time, and I am so thankful. This is a hard time in my life with a lot of unknowns, but I felt like I now have a second family taking care of me once I left my appointment. It put a lot of worries at ease.

From the nice lovely nurse to the best provider I've come across. I normally don't like to change my OB/GYN normally I'll go back to VA to my first doctor.
