I came to Dr. McCartney for a second opinion after spending nearly two years with an inattentive neuro ophthalmologist. In my first appointment, Dr. McCartney spent over an hour and a half with me asking and answering questions. In my first appointment, she spent more time with me than my previous neurologist spent with me over two years. I left feeling seen and heard. I understand more about my condition now than I did with my previous doctor. I will be switching to Dr. McCartney as my primary neurologist.
