Medical knowledge good, just a bit abrupt!

He was very good at explaining what it was and what he did helped a lot and he explained. What I needed to do at home. Only thing worth mentioning is the several things he mentioned I needed to do at home were given orally . When dealing with sr. Citizens it would be good to send written directions home. I wrote it down myself what I needed to get at pharmacist to keep myself straight. It was good he showed a pic of the pad online though so I could buy the right thing
