All of the staff are amazing. It is like visiting friends. Everyone knows you and personalizes their interactions to the client. Dr Reilly is like having a great friend who happens to be an amazing foot surgeon. My wife and I both enjoy our visits with him and trust him and his team with our care. The entire staff should be recognized for the phenomenal service they provide. They are truly a blessing.

Dr. Reilly had removed the ingrown nail last year. I explained to him how it had came back and I felt the chemical that burns it to prevent it had "missed" the nail based on how each toe had healed last year. He removed it again and treated it twice this time so hopeful this will be my last problem. I was pleased with his response and even though was a little aggravated it had came back I would reccomend him again based on the response to my reoccurrence.

Of the last four visits to the clinic all with sick children with the same strep throat condition only this time required wearing a mask. Despite asking not to, asking about a mask policy and that policy not requiring a mask, both the RN and doctor separately placed a mask onto my child’s face. If the policy says “please wear a mask” that does not mean it is required. Don’t pick and choose when to mask patients. If you want masks, make it a policy and I’ll happily go elsewhere. If it’s not a policy than don’t shove your ineffective masks into my face. Its worth noting that we encountered exactly zero other patients during the 12 steps that was required to make it to the waiting room, and into the lobby. Otherwise the doctor was very friendly.

I have been to Dr Riley previously to have him operate on my left foot so I definitely wanted to go back to him for the repair of my right foot Dr Riley is an excellent surgeon I trust completely to be honest with the answers to my questions.. I have recommended him to friends and will again . He has a nice personality and makes you feel comfortable.

Jennifer and Christy take more than enough time to make sure everything is good before I leave. Jennifer spends the time to make sure I understand everything before I leave. One of the best I've ever had.

I got an appointment the same day due to a cancellation. That was great!

The appointment felt very rushed and doctor was in such a hurry I didn't really feel like I had a second to get my thoughts together and ask the questions I wanted to. It felt more like hearding cattle. Get them in and out as quick as possible. The nurse was really good and attentive. I wish the doctor would have sowed down and acted like he cared at all.

Long wait time. The provider did not introduce himself…..that would be a nice touch. I assume he was the physician I made the appointment with, but I don’t know that for sure.

I really appreciated the care that was given to my dad. He is elderly and they were very patient with him.

Dr. Reilly is an excellent physician and I trust him to provide the information and care I need.

Dr. Reilly is very easy to talk to. He did take the time to ask, "Do you have any questions?" and I did not feel rushed.

At times, I felt like he wasn’t listening, and at other times, it felt weird and off-putting, perhaps because of my accent. However, he seems to clearly know his stuff.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff is professional and friendly. The waiting room in the new facility is a bit small and would be uncomfortable if there were many people waiting. The nurse and X-ray technician were friendly and knowledgeable. It is always comforting and informative when I see Dr. Reilly.

I worked for a podiatrist 35 years ago I know what’s going on! I needed my nail taken off, doc was excellent really listened the staff was excellent! Had a great experience!!

It was routine. He examined my toe nail. Trimmed it, and prescribed a topical cream.
