Growing up around physicians in my family sparked my interest in medicine from an early age. What ultimately drew me to anesthesiology was the immediate impact I could have on a patient's life. Observing rapid pain relief after performing nerve blocks and epidurals was deeply gratifying and pointed me toward the specialty that would define my career.

Dr. Deering took the time to go over my MRI results with me frame by frame, showing me the areas that are causing my pain, explaining why, and explaining possible solutions. I really appreciated this. I feel like I have a good plan for treatment and long term pain management based on this review along with Dr Deering's suggestions.
