Everyone in this office was kind, and caring. Unfortunately that is becoming a rarity. I felt heard, and cared for by everyone I came into contact with. The day I was there was very busy but they all took time to speak to me as a patient and person. Wonderful experience all around at this office!!

Dr. Deering is a fine Dr. He had was knowledgeable with what I had done and had promising options which excited me . He was familiar with Scrambler Therapy which no Doctor I have had knew anything about it. This means to me he likes his profession and is studying and informing himself with different techniques. Refreshing!

Doctor Deering listened carefully to what I wanted then offered a treatment procedure. The newer technologies enables better diagnoses and treatment than ever before now. Looking forward to being scheduled for the treatment.

Check in clerk was so nice and kind. And the clinical staff that assisted me in the exam room was amazing and outstanding. She was very compassionate and supportive. Dr Deering has been my provider and surgeon prior to this visit and I am thrilled he has joined Novant. Novant is where I receive all my health care needs.

Everyone was courteous and efficient. No problems with this first time visit

Jack was friendly and thoroughly noted my input about my symptoms to convey to Dr Deering. Dr Deering showed me the pictures from my MRI and spent time conveying the reasons for my pain as well as options for treatment. He was personable and engaging. He let me know that I could easily get another appointment if my pain worsened.

Dr. Deering is phenomenal; calm and a great listener; seemingly wonderful 'bedside manner' for patients. One of Novant's best. And, his colleague Katelyn (sp) has been very helpful, courteous and available to answer any questions regarding upcoming procedure. Novant Ballantyne Spine specialist group is top-notch.

This was my first appointment there and with Dr. Deering. He was so complete in this appointment and I think he is such an asset to this practice.

Very professional. The most impressive is how personable and supportive the nurses and support staff were from check-in through discharge. For example, even though they were busy, when they listened, they were fully attentive. If I asked where... , they didn't just describe the path, they took the time to head me in the right direction.

Dr. Deleting was so patient while I explained 8 years worth of pain & all the different treatments I have undergone. He seemed genuinely eager to help find a solution to my issue and made a recommendation for a procedure. Praying it is the answer.

My experience with Dr. Deering was exceptional. He listened carefully to me,asked and answered all the right questions, and made me feel confident that he could help solve my concerns.Great patient repor!

Dr. Deering made me feel very comfortable starting with his greeting. He asked questions and then allowed me to ask as many questions that I needed and he answered every one. He went over my MRI results, had X-rays taken and explained what his care plan would be for me. I explained I was going to Europe in a couple weeks and he and his staff got my insurance approval and Dr clearance within 2 days to provide me with the needed medical procedure to help relieve my pain before I leave. Who does that? A doctor who really cares about his patients. The nurse who called and scheduled my appointment was awesome. Please accept my sincere thanks for your professionalism and prompt attention to my medical needs.
