This was an ER follow-up appointment. When I called to make the appointment, I informed the lady that I was using a cane & had a brace on, that the ER had given me. I then asked her if it was possible for me to call when I got there & asked if someone could come out with a wheelchair for me & she said it was no problem. When I arrived for my appointment there was already a nurse outside & I wave d at her to get her attention, she then helped me get out of the car & wheeled me to the exam room. Katy Johnson's nurse was incredibly helpful, sympathetic, informative etc! After doing everything she had to do, she explained to me that Katy would be in the exam room in a couple of minutes & sure enough Katy did come in the exam room in a couple of minutes. Katy took the time to listen to ALL the problems I was having & then she explained to me what the next steps were going to be for what they would be addressing.
