One complaint: I tried to call the office on my way there to make sure I had the correct time and was on hold two different times for over 10 minutes each. It would’ve been helpful if someone had been able to pick up the phone when I called.

Dr. Chaudhary is everything one would want in an oncologist! I have the opportunity to move out of state to be closer to family members. But the thought of not being in her care really bothers me. She listens carefully, asks pertinent questions, and responds accordingly. Also she is very astute and knows when l may have more questions but hesitate to asks. In addition she always seems to be well informed in her field. I also appreciate how she works with my other doctors when necessary. I truly don’t know what I would do if Dr. Chaudhary was not my doctor!

I greatly appreciate Dr. Chaudrey. She is always 110% prepared for my visit, unlike most physicians that have their head buried in the computer for the first precious minutes of an office visit to catch up on my history. She knows why I am there, past history, recent procedures and other physician visits and test results as she enters the room. The availability of a scribe allows her to TALK TO ME instead of scrolling on a computer talking into a screen with occasional glances to the patient. Staff were caring, friendly and helpful. One of the best overall offices at Novant!
