Dr. Ntim is an excellent doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable and caring person. Takes time to listen to what his patient concerns are.

The vascular team at Novant has been excellent. I have been in the hospital a few times for congestive heart failure have Blood Pressure and Dr.Ntim And all of his team has been excellent toward making my life comfortable, and addressing my niece concern in my heart, it has been my pleasure. Also going to the heart failure clinic, and with Dr. Tiffany she's amazing. I have appreciated all the care that I have received from Novant.

Dr Ntim and staff are awesome!

Dr Ntim and his staff are always professional and courteous. I always get the impression that the Dr. is always booked solid and can only give me a few minutes of his time. Even with that I believe he understands my condition and always remember what I am going through. His recommendations are always correct. I don’t believe I could have a better Dr-I just wish I had a little more time with him so I can get my thoughts and concerns better relayed.

Dr. Ntim and his staff are always efficient, kind, warm and explain clearly and listen patiently.

The walls between the exam rooms are so thin that I could hear the doctor in the next exam room talking to his patient. The check-in and check-out staff are not discourteous but they do not make patients feel welcome. There is no greeting and It’s as if they are being interrupted as they wait for a break or end of day.

Excellent meeting with fully engaged discussions and setting out a proposed plan of treatment. MyChart follow up notes of the meeting were thorough and clear.

The staff worked to answer any questions I had about my bill as well as setting up my follow up appointments.

I thank Dr. Ntim for always asking about my mother and he always has a good plan for the best treatment for my situation. The nurse was so nice and checking out was a breeze. Thank you
