I had a wonderful experience with my visit and they take very good care of me

I’m always so pleased when I come to see the doctor or the nurses for any routines. Very professional and truly concerned for any problem that I might have. They are the BEST!!!!!!

The walls between the exam rooms are so thin that I could hear the doctor in the next exam room talking to his patient. The check-in and check-out staff are not discourteous but they do not make patients feel welcome. There is no greeting and It’s as if they are being interrupted as they wait for a break or end of day.

Excellent meeting with fully engaged discussions and setting out a proposed plan of treatment. MyChart follow up notes of the meeting were thorough and clear.

The staff worked to answer any questions I had about my bill as well as setting up my follow up appointments.

I thank Dr. Ntim for always asking about my mother and he always has a good plan for the best treatment for my situation. The nurse was so nice and checking out was a breeze. Thank you
