Dr. Ntim and his team are courteous and professional. Dr. Ntim is always extremely busy, but also extremely meticulous in reviewing my history and explaining how we are going forward with my health. My only complaint is that he doesn’t give me time to formulate more questions. I’ve tried to counteract this by writing down and reviewing the questions before I meet with him. This works well, but if there is new information, I don’t always have time to formulate questions. I would like to have more relaxed conversations with him.

I very much enjoyed meeting with Dr. NTim. He really seemed to listen to my complaint and did come up with a course of action to investigate further. He seemed to have read and understood My medical history and other health issues which could potentially complicate the investigation and treatment of the complaint for which I went to see him. It was a pleasant change from the last doctor I saw regarding my complaint.
