Robin Cook is better than any MD I’ve ever visited. She is caring, she listens, she responds with whatever tests, medications or referrals she believes are in your best interest. She is never dismissive of a symptom such as an MD I once had who told me my hip pain was ‘old age.’ He ordered PT. Six months later I had a hip replacement! Haven’t seen an MD since—except on Robin Cook’s specific referral. I’ve sent a number of friends to her. All report her excellence! If you could clone Robin Cook you would have the most stellar practice in Charlotte with long waiting lines!

The conclusion to my visit was hurried. I do not feel that the Novant allows enough time for older patients to cover new treatments adequately. I do not like having to restrict my reasons for an appointment with the issues that are listed, online.
