Robin Cook, PA is a very excellent care provider at novant facility... I would not want to be treated by anybody else unless it is totally urgent and she was unavailable at the facility. Robin listens to everything that I express in my concerns, gives me solutions to choose from and tells me why she is excellent in her position... She represents Novant with total professionalism.

I have been going to Southern Piedmont primary care for many years and drive as much as 2 hrs to visit that practice and now drive 45 minutes because of the people that work there. They are like family even though I don't see them very often. Just a great culture!

She followed up with making a referral for an ultrasound on my thyroid that the dr. At the hospital suggested needed to be done in a few months.

Dr. Robin Cook was/is very kind and a pleasure to meet and talk with. She listened to my concerns and gave me some strategies to work with and we will discuss them on my next visit. Dr. Cook was very thorough as we discussed my medical issues and more.
