I have been with Dr. Dickerson since moving to the area in 2012 and love the care she provides. Great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients.

I made this appointment to switch my pcp from one provider to another- my last provider did not listen to my health concerns or offer anything with regards to options of treatment which is why I decided I needed to change providers This visit with Dr Dickerson was exactly what I'd hoped it would be- she listened and offered suggestions for treatment and explained each of them thoroughly 10/10 for my experience with Dr Dickerson, she exceeded my expectations

I have always gotten good care and attention from Dr. Dickerson and her staff.

The sign in at the front was very confusing I went twice this months and both times the same. Sign in at the front for my lab day. I was not told I needed to sign in again in the lab area and longer then I should have. After waiting a while I check at the counter in the lab was told I needed to sign in again.

Provider is not given enough time for the patient. Some patients need more 15 minutes for a visit

the check in at the front entrance was horrible! many people all standing around together in tight quarters having to give personal info to staff - all the while the automatic doors opening and closing… cannot begin to imagine why this change was implemented.

The new check in area is inadequate. There isn’t enough space in the front lobby of the facility to accommodate more than four people checking in without a line going out the front door or patients being crammed together.

Always happy with my experience

It is taking way too long at the blood lab to get our blood drawn. When I was there at 8A there were only two nurses trying to do the work of minimum three nurses, and probably more. When I passed the lab on the way to see the doctor the waiting room was full to almost overflowing because the nurses can't keep up with the number of people needing lab work and only two nurses.
