Micah is a wonderful nutritionist and motivator. I appreciate her concern about my food choices and options for better eating habits
She was nice enough but I was really upset and her demeanor wasn't comforting or reassuring. For discussing something as sensitive as diet (for a lot of people), I want to talk to someone warm and understanding and encouraging and I didn't personally get that from her. It may have been an off day but I wouldn't recommend her personally.
